Latest fundraiser

This week we are organising a range of activities to coincide with PWSAI awareness week. Click “read more” below to find out details of the table quiz and the many other activities planned.

On Monday (tomorrow) we’ll have table setup in the arts block, we’ll be taking new sign ups for the cycle, also we’ll be giving out information on both the cycle and about the the chosen charity, the Prader Willi Syndrome Association of Ireland (PWSAI) if anyone is around and able to help out drop by and say hi, also if anyone has a hoodie from any year this week would be a great week to wear it around campus, we’re hoping to make a large impact this week on campus and get students motivated in the cycle and the charity.

On Tuesday we’re kicking off our fundraising for GC14 with a table quiz in Brady’s bar, as always this promises to be a fun night, with entry a mere €5 per head and tables of 4 this will be a great night out for everyone. There are of course great prizes, an assortment of spot prizes and someone even mentioned fun rounds to me! This all kicks off at 8pm, the facebook event for this is here.

On Wednesday we’re having a cake sale in the arts block from 10-3, any baked goods are more then welcome, and if anyone won’t be around on Wednesday to drop it in we’ll gladly take it off you at the table quiz on Tuesday. Also for anyone around campus on the day drop by for a chat and a treat. There will be at least 1 participant from the Great Irish Bake off bringing goods along so there will certainly be something nice for everyone to enjoy 😀

On Thursday we’ll be setup in the tent, there will be a large marquee tent setup between the arts block and John Hume (it’ll be relatively hard to miss) we’ll be doing more promo for the cycling, the weekend and of course the charity. Again if you’re around drop by for a chat and if you have a GC hoodie wear it if possible.
