Open meeting Monday 24th March

Our Mandatory Open Meeting is going to be held on Monday 24th March in the Iontas Lecture Theatre (no. 41 on the map) on North Campus beside the John Hume Building. The meeting will kick off at 7.30pm but there will be an opportunity to collect your jersey and hoodie before and after the meeting.

This is not our usual venue so please follow the map.

This year, we need you to either lodge or transfer your sponsorship to our AIB account.

You must bring along proof of your transaction (lodgement or transfer) and a print out of your iDonate account to get your hoodie and jersey. You must also lodge this at least three days before the event. We will, of course, take donations after that.

Please put your name down as a reference so that we can keep track of the funds coming in!

We will accept cheques and bank drafts made payable to Students for Charity and cheques made payable to PWSAI.

If you wish to choose your room mates in the hostel for the weekend, this can be done on Monday night or by emailing secretary@galwaycycle.ie
